As an Administrative Assistant for Moody’s Educational Partnership office, this position will play a crucial role in supporting the efforts of the partnership development team. This position will be responsible for assisting in the establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with various churches, para-church, missions organizations, faith based companies, and other educational institutions, both domestically and internationally. This position’s organizational and communication skills will help ensure the smooth operation of partnership initiatives, facilitating collaboration between Moody and its partner organizations.
Essential Functions

- Assist in drafting, proofreading, and editing partnership-related documents, including letters, emails, proposals and agreements.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, events, and travel related to partnership development.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations for partnership discussions.
- Follow up on action items and ensure that commitments are fulfilled by all parties involved.
- Facilitate communication between Moody’s partnership team, internal departments (such as Marketing, Admissions, Financial Aid, etc.), and external partners.
- Manage a database of potential and existing partner institutions, ensuring partnership organizations are properly vetted and information is well-organized and updated regularly.
- Produce reports and analyses on partnership activities for leadership review. Track and document partnership progress, student enrollments, and revenue.
- Conduct research on potential partner institutions, identifying their strengths, focus areas, and alignment with Moody’s goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in administrative or support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and tact when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic partnership development environment.
- Authorized to work in the US legally without sponsorship.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
- Over three years of experience in administrative or support roles, preferably within a university or educational institution setting.
- Familiarity with the higher education landscape and international partnership development is a plus.

This job is a remote position. This is a Part-time Professional position. The hours would typically fall between Monday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
