Job Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work from home during typical daytime business hours
- Organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and a desire to learn are required
- Excellent problem-solving skills & multi-task oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication required
- Work independently with minimal supervision; self-starter
- Must be friendly, helpful, and desire to work with international university-level participants from around the world
- Strong customer service skills and desire to provide top-notch service to our participants
- Strong computer skills; MS Office, Word & Excel, Skype, Zoom, Gmail/Google Drive, Trello, and WhatsApp
- Home computer with MS Office and high-speed internet, printer, scanner, and unlimited nationwide telephone calling plan
Job Details:
- This is a long-term year-round part-time position; approx. 5-20 hours weekly
- Working remotely, from home
- Monday – Friday required, but also must be flexible for occasional emergencies outside regular office hours

Job Duties:
- You will be communicating daily via email, WhatsApp, and phone with international participants and your team
- You will be conducting participant interviews via Skype to approve them for the program.
- Administrative; excellent communication skills; as well as prompt and organized completion of paperwork or designated tasks.
- Strong computer skills and email management
- Support international participants’ questions and issues about living and working in the USA.
- Excellent customer service; attentive response time; mediating when necessary; resolving issues diplomatically
- Ensure all program and government requirements are fulfilled
- Assist with organizing and coordinating housing options in various towns or cities for the international participants prior to their arrival
- Effectively communicating on a daily basis with your team, employers, and participants
- Must be impartial and diplomatic to help resolve issues; gather facts, review the situation, and assist with the best resolution
