We are looking for an experienced Online English Instructor to work with clients who need to improve their English communication skills, specifically through conversation practice. Our clients are non-native English speakers who require structured guidance and support to enhance their speaking abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals whose first language is not English and will be able to create tailored lessons that focus on conversation improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized lesson plans aimed at improving conversational English skills
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction online to meet the unique needs of each client
- Focus on speaking and listening exercises to help clients gain confidence in real-life English conversations
- Use online platforms and tools to deliver engaging and interactive lessons
- Monitor client progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure consistent improvement
- Foster a positive and supportive virtual learning environment for students of various backgrounds
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), mainly focused on conversational practice
- Strong communication skills, especially when working with non-native English speakers
- Ability to develop effective lesson plans and adjust teaching methods based on individual needs
- Experience working with diverse international clients, understanding cultural differences in communication
- Proficiency with online teaching platforms and tools
- Flexibility in adapting to different learning styles and paces to maximize student success
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
