Summary
We have a current opportunity for an “Executive Assistant” as a REMOTE position with preference to candidates local to Virginia / Washington DC area. The position will provide administrative support to the Chief Growth Officer and other executive/senior leadership, as required, and will report to the Growth Team Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills and will have experience working with high-profile national and international executives. The candidate will have proven abilities to manage multiple calendars in multiple time zones and will be proficient in travel reservations and trip management.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar for Chief Growth Officer and other executive/senior leadership, as required
- Coordinate and manage travel reservations and foreign travel documentation and reporting
- Interface with high level government personnel and foreign dignitaries
- Manage domestic and foreign contact information for Chief Growth Officer
- Track and organize tasks to ensure timely and compliant completion for Chief Growth Officer
- Assist with completion and submission of expense reports for Chief Growth Officer
- Maintenance of files or records, as required
Ideal Experience
- Administrative Assistant working with all levels in the organization
- Recent experience performing administrative tasks in a remote environment
- Prior experience making travel arrangement and expense reporting for small executive team
- Prior experience handling confidential and other sensitive reports and documents
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams Meeting
- Superb problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to details
- Discretion and ability to maintain the confidentiality of communications and documents
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or in lieu of degree, 8+ years in an Administrative Assistant position working with all levels in the organization
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams Meeting
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high level of interpersonal skills and ability to communicate diplomatically with foreign contacts
- US Citizen or US Person as defined by ITAR Regulations
