Job Qualifications:

Must be willing to work from home during typical daytime business hours
Organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and a desire to learn are required
Excellent problem-solving skills & multi-task oriented
Strong written and verbal communication required
Work independently with minimal supervision; self-starter
Must be friendly, helpful, and desire to work with international university-level participants from around the world
Strong customer service skills and desire to provide top-notch service to our participants
Strong computer skills; MS Office, Word & Excel, Skype, Zoom, Gmail/Google Drive, Trello, and WhatsApp
Home computer with MS Office and high-speed internet, printer, scanner, and unlimited nationwide telephone calling plan

Job Details:

This is a long-term year-round part-time position; approx. 5-20 hours weekly
Working remotely, from home
Monday – Friday required, but also must be flexible for occasional emergencies outside regular office hours

Job Duties:

You will be communicating daily via email, WhatsApp, and phone with international participants and your team
You will be conducting participant interviews via Skype to approve them for the program.
Administrative; excellent communication skills; as well as prompt and organized completion of paperwork or designated tasks.
Strong computer skills and email management
Support international participants’ questions and issues about living and working in the USA.
Excellent customer service; attentive response time; mediating when necessary; resolving issues diplomatically
Ensure all program and government requirements are fulfilled
Assist with organizing and coordinating housing options in various towns or cities for the international participants prior to their arrival
Effectively communicating on a daily basis with your team, employers, and participants
Must be impartial and diplomatic to help resolve issues; gather facts, review the situation, and assist with the best resolution
