Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Online Teacher Assistant/Tutor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of education. As an Online Teacher Assistant/Tutor, you will support our lead teachers in delivering educational content and provide one-on-one assistance to homeschooled students.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers with virtual classroom management and instructional activities.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students in various subjects.
- Help prepare and organize educational materials and resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead teachers.
- Foster a positive and engaging online learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and lead teachers.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
- Proficient in using online teaching platforms and technology.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
- Passionate about education and helping students succeed.
