Hours: 10.5 hours per week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Online Teacher Assistant/Tutor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of education. As an Online Teacher Assistant/Tutor, you will support our lead teachers in delivering educational content and provide one-on-one assistance to homeschooled students.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers with virtual classroom management and instructional activities.
Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students in various subjects.
Help prepare and organize educational materials and resources.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead teachers.
Foster a positive and engaging online learning environment.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and lead teachers.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
Proficient in using online teaching platforms and technology.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
Passionate about education and helping students succeed.
