Remote Assistant to Luxury Real Estate Agent
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Remote Real Estate Assistant to provide direct support to a top-producing luxury real estate agent. This is a fantastic chance to work remotely while playing a crucial role in assisting a high-performing agent in the luxury real estate market. If you have a passion for real estate, have a real estate license, possess exceptional customer service skills, and have experience filling out and managing real estate forms, contracts, and paperwork in C.A.R. (California Association of Realtors), we want to hear from you!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support directly to the luxury real estate agent
- Manage client relationships and assist in maintaining communication with clients and prospects
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups remotely
- Post regularly on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to promote listings and increase engagement
- Assist in preparing listings, marketing materials, and client presentations
- Fill out and manage real estate forms, contracts, and paperwork in C.A.R. (California Association of Realtors)
- Ensure proactive management of daily operations for the real estate agent
- Drive and coordinate tasks as needed (virtually and occasionally in person)
Key Requirements:
- Must have a valid real estate license
- Experience in filling out and managing real estate forms, contracts, and paperwork in C.A.R. (California Association of Realtors)
- Proactive attitude with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional customer service mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
- Strong understanding of client needs and ability to articulate them to the team
- Reliable, pleasant, and trustworthy with a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is a plus!
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
