Job Description
As the Guest Contract Manager you will be responsible for the full execution of Talent contracting for all Celebrities and Voice Actor guests, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of talent-related contracts.
CONTRACTING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager to draft, review, and finalize contracts for all celebrities and voice actor guests as well as managing the signing process by both parties.
- Interact with booking agents & talent agencies to review contracts and provide feedback via tracked changes with the highest level of accuracy.
- Consistently follow up with agents to check status of contracts, ensuring deals are finalized in a timely fashion.
- Maintain Guest Trackers for celebrity & voice actors based on status of contract (contract signed, pending, offers sent, etc.).
- Participate on advisory committees to provide feedback on guest suggestions from booking agents.
POST CONTRACTING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the daily operations of 2 Talent coordinators ensuring deadlines are being met.
- Manage/Oversee PTAs to show management & marketing teams for all Guest announcements.
- Main point of contact with booking agents on all guest requests, cancellations, changes to schedule, duo photo op approval, social media videos, panel requests, etc. You will be responsible for disseminating this information to show management/marketing.
- Central point of contact between marketing teams, show managements, programming teams, operations teams and third-party vendors (ie. EPIC) on all guest related requests.
- Manage/Oversee all guest deposits/guarantees as per contract terms.
MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Talent Acquisitions Manager on print collateral to ensure proper hierarchy of guests on brochures/websites.
- Monitor accuracy of any public facing information regarding guest and programming on websites, programs, flyers and other marketing collateral.
- Lead the implementation of a marketing strategy for Talent to adhere to for social media.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience working as a contract manager or a related job role
- Confident in contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Accuracy and high attention to detail
- Strong financial and commercial acumen and an appreciation of how the contracts contribute to the broader business’ success
- Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
- Ability to creatively solve problems
- The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
