The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator is a practitioner who ensures efficient, seamless, and secure access to business resources. The Administrator supports the Senior IAM Engineer Manager in evaluating, improving, and optimizing the company’s IAM security posture. The role requires communication with technology teams and Data Owners for the implementation of on-premises and cloud IAM solutions. The ideal candidate is skilled, motivated, and strives to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for IAM tools implementation, configuration, administration, and maintenance according to vendor’s best practices
- Ensure users are authenticated and authorized to access systems, applications, and databases based on their job responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain access reviews applying the Principle of Least Privilege across all services
- Maintain IAM control requirements for IDaaS deployments
- Work closely with information security operations and engineering teams to ensure appropriate internal and external (third-party) access monitoring
- Capable of planning, managing, facilitating, and monitoring IAM projects and assigned tasks
- Participate in incident response and vulnerability remediation
- Execute IAM services business continuity/disaster recovery test drills
- Develop IAM services technical support documentation
- Work with technology teams to develop and maintain IAM data flow diagrams
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in configuration, administration, and maintenance of IAM solutions
- Hands-on experience with, but not limited to, Active Directory, Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), CyberArk, or similar technologies
- The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of practical experience with implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting issues with CyberArk or a similar PAM solution
- Understand LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, IdP/STS, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, SSPR, PAM/PIM, and emerging IAM technologies
- Understand the public key infrastructure (PKI) framework and SSL certificate management
- Understand the NIST zero trust architecture model
- Windows Server administration experience and basic Linux server knowledge
- Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python
- Experience with networking, DNS, load balancing, and proxy technologies
- Technical knowledge of cloud-based networking, SaaS applications, and IAM security architecture
- Ability to prioritize assignments and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service
- Project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment or as an individual contributor with minimal oversight
- Information Technology degree or 5 years equivalent work-related experience

The salary range for this position is $140,000-$155,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
