Purpose of Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator / Workday Data Entry Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential for supporting our HR operations through accurate data entry, maintenance, and management of employee records, with a strong focus on using the Workday HRIS platform. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with HR data entry and administration, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with various HR team members and other departments to ensure HR data accuracy and compliance.

ISP Administrator / Workday Data Entry Specialist Key Responsibilities
· Data Entry and Maintenance
o Accurately enter, update, and manage employee data in Workday and third party payroll systems, including new hires, terminations, role changes, benefits information, and payroll updates.
o Ensure data integrity and compliance with company and legal standards.
o Regularly review, audit, and correct data inconsistencies within Workday to maintain accuracy.
· HRIS Management
o Collaborate with HR team members to support Workday system updates and ensure that all data aligns with HR processes and policies.
o Assist with troubleshooting Workday data issues and escalate complex problems to the HRIS team or Workday support as needed.
· Compliance and Reporting
o Assist in generating, validating, and distributing regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, compliance reports) by extracting data from Workday.
o Support audit requests by ensuring that all employee records are accurate, updated, and accessible within Workday.
· Employee Records Management
o Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information according to company policies and legal requirements.
o Process HR-related documentation, such as employment verifications, performance reviews, and onboarding/offboarding documents.
· Process Improvement
o Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and suggest ways to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
o Collaborate with HR and IT teams on Workday functionality improvements and upgrades.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
· Education
o High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· Experience
o 2+ years of experience in an HR data entry or HR administration role.
o Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS is required.
· Skills
o Proficiency in Workday and other HRIS systems.
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Excellent data entry skills with a high typing speed and low error rate.
o Familiarity with HR compliance standards and data confidentiality practices.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
o Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Additional Requirements
o Knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance regulations is a plus.
o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
