About Us:
The International Lawyers Network (ILN) is a distinguished global network of independent law firms. We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Director. This remote position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule management, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- Manage ILN’s LinkedIn and Facebook accounts to enhance digital engagement.
- Coordinate updates for guides and oversee content for marketing partnerships.
- Maintain and update ILN’s member and firm databases.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of statistics, conference/webinar speakers, and more.
Hours & Pay:
- Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week, flexible scheduling available.
- Compensation: $19.54-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Social media management experience.
- Familiarity with database management and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
