Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our databases and QuickBooks Desktop. This role is crucial for ensuring that our records are up-to-date. If you possess strong clerical skills and understanding of QuickBooks Desktop, we encourage you to apply.
Duties
- Provide data entry support to sales including but not limited to preparing quotes, printing logistic tags and labels, generating reports, etc.
- Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Collect data from various sources and maintain organized records.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as scanning, and organizing documents.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of data entry projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling data.
Experience
- Proven experience in data entry, sales support or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, office software, including spreadsheets and databases is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or higher
- Previous experience in data entry, sales support, or related roles.
