Position Overview:
As an International Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in growing our student body by identifying and recruiting prospective students. This is a commission-based role where you will earn per student recruited who pays the application fee and completes the enrollment process. This is a remote position open to candidates who can recruit students residing in Florida or internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with prospective students through various online platforms and channels.
- Provide detailed information about Ebed-Melech University's programs, tuition, and admissions process.
- Guide prospective students through the application and enrollment processes.
- Follow up with potential students to ensure they complete the necessary steps to enroll.
- Attend virtual college fairs, webinars, and other online recruitment events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging recruitment content.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Familiarity with online education and the university’s programs is a plus.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Some college education preferred.
- Commitment to the mission and values of a faith-based, religious organization.
- For U.S.-based recruiters: Must have valid work authorization to be employed in the United States.
- For international recruiters: Must comply with local laws and regulations regarding work authorization and independent contracting.

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
