We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Manage cash handling processes, including transactions and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions in HubSpot.
- Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure swift resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to improve client services and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs have been met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in using HubSpot or Insightly for record keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to client services and support.
