About the Role:
AO Globe Life is looking for a motivated Benefits Specialist to help families secure their future. You’ll be the front line of support, assisting clients in understanding and enrolling in supplemental benefits. This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling and a supportive, team-driven culture.
Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with leads—no cold calling!
Educate clients on benefit options and customize plans to meet their needs.
Assist in enrollment and maintain ongoing relationships.
Collaborate with team members and attend virtual training sessions.
