Position Overview:

As an International Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in growing our student body by identifying and recruiting prospective students. This is a commission-based role where you will earn per student recruited who pays the application fee and completes the enrollment process. This is a remote position open to candidates who can recruit students residing in Florida or internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with prospective students through various online platforms and channels.
Provide detailed information about Ebed-Melech University's programs, tuition, and admissions process.
Guide prospective students through the application and enrollment processes.
Follow up with potential students to ensure they complete the necessary steps to enroll.
Attend virtual college fairs, webinars, and other online recruitment events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging recruitment content.
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment is preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Familiarity with online education and the university’s programs is a plus.
Highly motivated and results-driven.
Some college education preferred.
Commitment to the mission and values of a faith-based, religious organization.
For U.S.-based recruiters: Must have valid work authorization to be employed in the United States.
For international recruiters: Must comply with local laws and regulations regarding work authorization and independent contracting.

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
