Internship OverviewOur internship opportunities within our Brands and Properties division are organized into two primary areas, with sub-specialties available within both.
- Strategy & Consulting + Experimental: We are strategic advisors, guiding brands and properties to navigate, optimize, and maximize their investments in sports, entertainment, and culture. By blending data-driven intelligence with deep industry expertise, we craft innovative, business-led solutions that drive meaningful impact. Our approach is rooted in strategic foresight, helping our partners not only understand their opportunities but also build, manage, and monetize them effectively. - Creative and Content: Wass Creative specializes in developing innovative, high-impact storytelling and branding. We craft compelling visual and narrative content, from brand campaigns and social assets to video production and influencer-led marketing. By blending cutting-edge design, digital strategy and cultural insights, we help clients build authentic connections with their audiences, amplifying their presence across multiple platforms. Whether through branded content, influencer collaborations or authentic social experiences, we ensure every piece of content resonates, engages, and drives brand relevance.
What Makes Our Internship UniqueReal work! Our program is designed to introduce aspiring sports and entertainment professionals to the industry and our company by integrating them into client-facing projects that our full-time employees work on every day.
Day-to-day Duties Include:
- Working with your manager and teams to execute on client work, which varies based on your area of focus, but can include conducting research, assisting on evaluations, ideating on creative development, supporting measurement and ROI analysis, learning the ins and outs of client services, partnering with social influencers and more.
- Support your discipline as necessary with special projects or tasks that are both short and long term.
- Partnering with other interns and employees on new business, market research and providing your POV on agency-lead initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Utilize a fact-based, hypothesis driven approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, time management and communication (written and oral) capabilities.
- Showcase creative thinking and execution through your work and presentation skills.
- Express a passion for the sports and / or entertainment industry.
Requirements
- Students must be able to receive academic credit from their US-based college or university.
- Open to undergraduate and graduate students.
Key Dates:
- Our Fall 2025 internship application is currently live and set to close on May 9, 2025. Interviews will take place June - July.
- The fall internship program starts on September 9, 2025 and ends on December 12, 2025
