Job Description:
We're seeking driven sales professionals to secure sponsorships for our innovative immersive events. You'll connect premium brands with unique opportunities to engage with our affluent, experience-focused audience through creative activations and meaningful partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure partnerships with brands across multiple industries including but not limited to: technology, automotive, financial services, consumer goods, beauty & wellness, retail, fashion, skincare, entertainment, restaurant, beverage, and luxury sectors
- Create and present compelling sponsorship proposals
- Negotiate and close sponsorship deals ranging from $3,500 to $100,000+
- Maintain relationships with sponsors and ensure successful activation execution
- Track and report on sales pipeline and revenue metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record of closing five-figure deals
- Strong network within beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brand sectors
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in event sponsorship or experiential marketing
- Background in luxury or premium brand partnerships
- Knowledge of the Los Angeles market and brand landscape
- History of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with remote sales processes
Contract Terms:
- A 30-day probationary period is required
- 12-month independent contractor agreement begins after successful trial completion
- Opportunity for contract renewal based on performance
- Potential for a full-time position after the contract period
- Performance review regularly
- No geographical restrictions - fully remote position
Compensation Structure:
- 100% commission-based role - NO base salary
- Commission rate: 8-12% of total contract value
- Income earned ONLY when sponsorships are secured
- Unlimited earning potential - $100,000+ annually achievable
- This compensation structure is NON-NEGOTIABLE
Performance Incentives:
- Additional 2% commission for all deals closed within the first 90 days (capped at $2,000 per deal).
- $1,000 flat bonus for closing your first sponsorship deal.
- $1,000 bonus for securing $50,000+ in sponsorships for one event.
- $2,500 bonus for securing $100,000+ in sponsorships for one event.
- $5,000 annual bonus for exceeding $250,000 in total sponsorship revenue.
