Jansson LLC is a dynamic company dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients. We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Associate (Remote) to join our team on a part-time basis, helping to drive business growth through lead generation, qualification, and sales development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients' needs and assess their fit.
Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and evaluating their level of interest.
Engage in lead generation activities.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective follow-ups.
Manage the inside sales process, from initial outreach to scheduling sales meetings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct engaging discovery calls and qualify leads effectively.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must be based in the U.S. to be considered.
