Responsibilities
- Utilize over one year of experience in California first party property matters to support legal proceedings and client consultations.
- Maintain ABA certification to ensure compliance with legal standards and practices.
- Work fully remote for 8-10 hours a week, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
- Experience with Clio is a plus, enhancing efficiency in managing legal documentation and client communication.
Qualifications
- Must hold an ABA certification.
- Possess a minimum of one year of experience in California first party property law.
- Proficiency with legal management software, specifically Clio, is advantageous.
Required Work Hours
Flexible scheduling is available, with work required on Monday through Friday. This position allows for remote work, offering the convenience of a virtual workspace.
Benefits
Max Pay is $28 per hour. Min Pay is $24 per hour, providing competitive compensation for a part-time, remote role.
