Job Responsibilities:

1Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.Assess and develop sales strategies and plans for the Americas region through market analysis, customer needs, and competitive environment, and implement them.

2Maintain existing overseas customer relationships, regularly visit key customers and distributors, strengthen communication and collaboration, and enhance customer loyalty and market stability.

3Expand new sales channels, develop new customer resources,and achieve regional sales targets.

4Provide sales channel strategies and operational process guidance to all distributors and retail stores, maintain regional customer relationships and handle customer complaints,and coordinate with the company to effectively resolve customer complaints.

5Participate in negotiations with distributors and suppliers to ensure product relevance and cost-effectiveness, and complete salestasks.

6Participate in organizing and conducting new product salons, various types of exhibitions, etc., to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

1At least 5 years of relevant industry experience,familiar with the business strategies of electronic consumer goods,E-bike/E-scooter companies,familiar with local market conditions,have extensive connections, and bring certain resources.Experience with Best Buy/Target/Amazon is preferred.

2At least 3 years of business development experience ina B2C sales environment,with the ability to transform technical benefits into business benefits.

3A bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration,Marketing, Finance, or related fields; strong marketing concepts and practical experience.

4Have an entrepreneurial spirit, pioneering spirit, and self-motivation.

5Strong leadership and public relations negotiation skills.
