Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Compensation: $2,000/month + Bonuses | $500/month salary increase after 90 days

Key Responsibilities:- Consultations: Conduct Zoom consultations with prospective clients to assess their criminal defense needs and introduce RP Defense Law’s services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, following up effectively to secure new business and maintain ongoing client engagement.
- Sales Expertise: Use your sales knowledge to tailor the firm’s legal services to meet the unique needs of each client.
- CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update client records in CRM software, ensuring all client interactions are documented for easy access.
- Time Management: Meet or exceed sales targets while managing your schedule to prioritize high-impact tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team to ensure a seamless client experience, providing valuable feedback from your sales interactions.
- Compliance: Follow firm policies and guidelines to ensure compliance in all client interactions.
- Additional Tasks: Assist with other sales-related tasks to support the firm’s goals and growth.
Qualifications:- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, particularly with high-ticket services ranging from $8,500 to $100,000.
- Empathy & Rapport Building: Ability to connect with clients in emotionally sensitive situations and build strong relationships.
- Sales in Legal/Service Settings: Prior experience selling services, especially in the legal or client-focused industries, is preferred.
- Bilingual (Preferred): Native or fluent proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Zoom and CRM software for meetings and client management.
- Independent & Motivated: Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Ethic & Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on team collaboration and delivering results.
Compensation & Benefits:- Base Salary: $2,000/month
