What you’ll do:

Market Development and Customer Acquisition: Conduct in-depth research to understand local market demands, actively seek potential clients, and establish a stable customer base, unlocking new business connections!
Sales Strategy Formulation and Execution: Develop effective sales strategies based on market trends and lead your team in implementation to ensure sales targets are met.
Business Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Regularly assess business performance, analyze market feedback, and report operational status to the franchise, providing suggestions for improvement.
Strategic Planning and Development: Formulate visionary, long-term strategies to drive business growth—encompassing market expansion, product diversification, and competitive positioning—that guarantee sustainable growth for years to come!
