We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
Manage cash handling processes, including transactions and reconciliations.
Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions in HubSpot.
Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure swift resolution.
Collaborate with team members to improve client services and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs have been met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
Proficient in using HubSpot or Insightly for record keeping.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to client services and support.
