The Just Culture Client Relations Specialist acts as the primary liaison between the Just Culture Company and its clients, providing essential support to organizations adopting a workplace accountability system that promotes psychological safety and drives improved outcomes. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders and industry partners throughout all phases of Just Culture adoption, from initial inquiry to long-term sustainment. The client base includes organizations offering adult and pediatric acute care, ambulatory and urgent care, long-term care, clinic/office-based care, as well as industry partners in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.

- Serve as principal interface with corporate clients
- Identify client needs and expectations
- Prepare proposals and quotes, write sales contracts
- Coordinate training and support activities
- Participate in advertising sales
- Troubleshoot client needs
- Answer incoming calls
- Provide tier 1 support to around on-line application
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role
- High attention to detail
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, research, and problem solving skills
- Experience in tracking, measuring, and drawing insights
