Cultural International Awareness (CAI) is seeking a full-time Junior Global Assignment Administrative Assistant, a virtual position for the US/Texas-based applicants who are authorized to work in the United States.
As a member of CAI’s Destination Services team, this position reports to the Director of Destination Services and VP of Intercultural Services, as well as the President and CEO as applicable.
The Junior Global Assignment Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional support to the Global Account Coordination Team. The primary responsibility is enhancing client satisfaction by providing support throughout the full cycle of relocation assignments in regards to Relocation Services and Cross-Cultural Services.
- Providing support for the full cycle of relocation assignments for both Relocation and Cross-cultural programs
- Set up of new assignments and data entry support
- Act as primary point of contact for new client requests
- Support Management Team
- Research on different topics required by Global Account Coordination Team
