About the role:
June Homes is looking for a self-driven Junior Sales Agent who will support the Sales Team in its day-to-day activities. As a new Junior Sales Agent, you will be communicating with the vast amount of clients via call, text, and email to assist them in finding the best home that suits their preferences and assisting them with closing the deal for their ideal room or apartment for rent.

What you’ll do:
- Answer emails and respond to inquiries for units under your team
- Answer incoming calls
- Respond to texts from leads under your team
- Perform outgoing calls and send follow up emails & sms to leads under your team
- Send residency agreements and perform video meetings
What you need to be successful:
- Strong interest in a sales position within a start-up environment
- Experience on achieving & exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized, with attention to detail
- Effective time management & prioritization
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy
- Experience in real estate will be considered a plus
- Diligence, timely presence & consistency at all times
- At least 1 year of experience in Hitting Targets
- At least 1 year of experience in Inbound calls

- Competitive compensation: $1,000 monthly base salary plus up to $500 bonus/month
