AO Globe Life is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Business Insurance Agent- Remote. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing outstanding support to our valued clients across Canada and US.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email
Provide accurate information about our insurance products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to empathize and problem-solve effectively
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
Previous customer service experience preferred but NOT required
