What the Day-to-Day Looks Like:
As the Headshots.com Customer Experience Specialist, you will work as part of our marketing and sales team. We receive a high number of daily inquiries about our service, mostly via email. Your role will be to help answer our customers' questions in a timely and effective manner. This means drafting answers to product questions via email, responding to inbound leads, and if necessary, jumping on calls to ensure you understand the client’s needs and share more about our product and process.

IMPORTANT: This is a REMOTE contractor position designed specifically for INTERNATIONAL candidates only (non-US). Candidates must be available to work during regular business hours on Eastern Standard Time.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of full-time work experience
- 2+ years of customer relationship management experience
- Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Time Commitments:
- Ability to work EST hours (9 a.m. — 6 p.m. ET)
- 40 hours a week
- A successful candidate will be offered a 3-month trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties
