Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound calls from potential customers to promote and sell Pacific destinations
- Analyze customer needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of three years experience on Amadeus or Sabre reservation system
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Destination knowledge and training for all Pacific islands including Australia, Cook Islands, Hawaii, Fiji, New Zealand and Tahiti.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Use of Microsoft word, excel and other document software
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
