Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team on a remote, commission-based basis. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our range of compression stockings, anti-embolism stockings, and other specialized stockings products directly to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in the medical field to take control of their career, work remotely, and earn uncapped commission based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Prospect: Research and identify potential hospital and healthcare facility clients who could benefit from our products.
- Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with key decision-makers through cold calling, email campaigns, and virtual meetings to present our product offerings.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate and demonstrate their value to clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital procurement teams, healthcare professionals, and administrators.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and expand market share within your designated territory.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they have the necessary information, training, and resources to effectively use our products.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and market insights to share with the internal team for product development and improvement.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and results to management regularly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the medical supplies or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with compression stockings, anti-embolism stockings, or similar medical products is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-Motivated: Strong self-discipline and motivation, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Networking: Established network of contacts within the healthcare and hospital sectors is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
