Overview:
The Operations Administrator (RQNC) will be responsible for supporting the Abstraction Operations and Risk Adjustment Coding lines of business to ensure that all processes are adhered to, and role-based metrics are met or exceeded. All documentation should be created and/or maintained with high attention to quality and detail.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains team roster(s) and supports seasonal team onboarding/offboarding.
- Collects and distributes quality and/or productivity reports to team and management.
- Supports training documentation creation and/or formatting.
- Support tracking of medical records corrections (Image Issues).
- Supports tracking, monitoring, and updating of team communication.
- Supports tracking and organizing client and team reported issues (via survey, issue reporting, Teams, etc.).
- Escalates matters to the manager, trainer, or team lead as appropriate.
- Tracks and maintains annual NCQA PCS (Policy Clarification Support) updates.
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Healthcare Systems and/or Operations experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strict attention to detail in actions and documentation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint).
- Preferred experience is a minimum of 3 years in Healthcare Systems and/or Operations with professional certifications (i.e. CAP (Certified Admin. Professional or PACE (Professional Admin. Certificate of Excellence), etc.) or college degree.
- Prefer minimum 1 year experience with medical terminology/clinical chart review or health information certification.
- Will strongly consider administrator experience of 4 or more years in lieu or any degree or professional certification(s).
Mental Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in person as well as with remote and international resources.
- Professional demeanor with ability to use appropriate language, tone, style and structure in oral and written communications.
- Highly skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all communications involving sensitive information.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
- Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
Base compensation ranges from $17.80 Hr. to $25.00 Hr. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
