Can You Be the Sales Manager Who Leads a 7-Figure Online Dating Company to 8-Figures?

We have a 7-figure business with two well-recognized brands in our niches (FilipinoVisa and ChristianFilipina). We have an existing team of more than 100 across multiple continents. About 40 of our team are in the sales unit of our dating team. And wouldn't you agree: little hinges swing big doors.
You will be responsible for leading that dating sales team. You will coordinate with the marketing team. You will coordinate with the customer success team. You will spearhead the initiative to sell higher-level services at higher price points.
More About You:
- You're good with pulling reports and analyzing data, and comfortable with any CRM you encounter.
- You analyze marketing and sales flows and data from beginning to end: intro phone scripts, offers, objection sequences, upsells. Once you spot the weak link, you then come up with ways to fix the problems you find.
- You can work with programmers when necessary so they make custom improvements or fix bugs.
- When you see marketing and sales data, you have a hunch whether it's accurate or not - and your hunch is almost always right.
- You can present your suggested improvements in written form in Google Docs, and work with others to refine your proposals and get them approved by management.
- You have experience dealing with international teams who may want to learn more but may lack your level of talent and need your direction.
- You can take part in quarterly OKR planning, and you can then be the visionary conductor of dozens of sales personnel to successfully achieve the objectives.
- You love motivating geeks, creatives, hams, and grunts alike to produce their best work.
- You know how to maximize the potential of happy clients to generate referrals.
- You love increasing prices with better and better offers.
