Professional Search Group (PSG) is seeking up to 50 temporary Treasury Platform Support Specialists to join our client’s team! The Treasury Platform Support Specialists will be responsible for assisting bank employees during platform conversions & system updates. As part of their Technical Assistance Center (TAC), the Treasury Platform Support Specialists will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition by providing expert-level support on platform conversions, software updates, onboarding processes, and general help desk inquiries.

With a legacy of innovation and excellence in customer experience, they provide banks with tailored support across checks, cash vault supplies, remote deposit capture, scanner fulfillment, and cash automation solutions—all backed by their dedicated Technical Assistance Center (TAC). This is a remote position with communication primarily conducted via computer-based channels rather than phone. This is for an open-ended temporary assignment (approx. 3-6 months). Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support to bank employees navigating platform conversion or system update
- Assist with software updates, troubleshooting, and onboarding processes
- Respond to general help desk inquiries related to treasury platform functionality
- Deliver exceptional customer-focused support while maintaining service excellence
- Utilize company-provided technology (laptop & monitors) to facilitate efficient remote support
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles required
- Ability to diagnose and resolve software or system issues effectively
- Comfortable assisting users via chat, email, or ticketing systems
- Knowledge of banking platforms, treasury products, or financial services is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members
- Ensuring accuracy and clarity in all interactions
