We are looking for a Creative Director with a strong background in video ad strategy, scriptwriting, and performance marketing. This role requires a data-driven creative thinker who can develop compelling ad concepts, guide production teams, and optimize video content for maximum engagement and conversions.
You’ll work closely with video editors, designers, and marketing teams to create high-performing video ads that drive results in the digital advertising space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate & Strategize – Develop compelling video ad concepts that stand out in a crowded market, leveraging deep research and consumer insights.
- Scriptwriting & Storyboarding – Write engaging ad scripts and create clear, concise storyboards that resonate with target audiences and drive action.
- Collaborate with Editors & Designers – Provide detailed creative briefs and direct the production team, ensuring all content aligns with the vision and marketing objectives.
- Oversee Production – Manage the entire creative process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring assets are high-quality, brand-aligned, and meet deadlines.
- Optimize for Performance – Continuously refine creative strategies based on data-driven insights, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Stay Trend-Savvy – Keep up with the latest trends in video content, social media, and digital advertising to ensure strategies are fresh and effective.
- Pitch & Present – Communicate creative ideas and strategies effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
Preferred Time Zones: - European (EEST) is ideal
- Open to US, Asia, and Australia time zones with at least 2-4 hours of overlap for communication
- Creative Flair – A natural ability to think outside the box and create original, attention-grabbing video content.
- Strong Communication Skills – Clearly articulate creative ideas and strategies to teams and clients.
- Hands-On Experience – Expertise in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and video production workflows (experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus).
- Performance-Driven Approach – Understanding of direct response marketing, with a focus on ad performance, optimization, and data analysis.
- Collaborative Mindset – Team player who enjoys working closely with video editors, designers, and media buyers.
