Position: Patient Acquisition Specialist
Job Description:
As a Patient Acquisition Specialist at Darkheart Apothecary, you will play a vital role in driving patient growth and expanding our influence within the holistic healthcare community. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative patient acquisition strategies to attract and retain new clients at Darkheart Apothecary.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing our visibility and expanding our patient base.
- Engage directly with potential patients through various channels, providing clear and informative details about our holistic services while addressing inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for new patients and follow up to ensure a positive onboarding experience that encourages long-term retention.
- Monitor and analyze patient acquisition metrics, delivering regular performance reports to management to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize acquisition efforts, sharing insights and contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive commission structure ranging from $20 to $40 per commission earned, with high earning potential based on performance.
- Eligibility for overtime pay after achieving 30 commissions in a pay period, calculated at 1.85 times the base pay.
