Position Overview
Remote Role:
We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Associate in Florida to join our team. This is a remote position open to nationwide candidates who hold the appropriate state real estate license.
Training Provided:
For unlicensed candidates, Flankman Corporation offers comprehensive training and development programs, including coverage of education expenses, to support them in obtaining their real estate license.
Performance Standards:
Applicants must meet defined performance benchmarks, fulfill availability requirements, and successfully pass required interviews to qualify.

Responsibilities
- Manage and further develop a database of industrial real estate property leads within your assigned market.
- Use the company’s central database to connect with clients and track their interactions effectively.
- Work closely with the company-provided analyst and assistant to enhance lead productivity and prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them through the real estate transaction process.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to stay informed about market trends, identify opportunities, and drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License or willingness to complete training to obtain one.
- Proven experience in real estate, preferably in industrial or commercial properties (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly for fostering strong relationships with international investors.
