Position Overview

Remote Role:
We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Associate in Florida to join our team. This is a remote position open to nationwide candidates who hold the appropriate state real estate license.

Training Provided:
For unlicensed candidates, Flankman Corporation offers comprehensive training and development programs, including coverage of education expenses, to support them in obtaining their real estate license.

Performance Standards:
Applicants must meet defined performance benchmarks, fulfill availability requirements, and successfully pass required interviews to qualify.

Responsibilities

Manage and further develop a database of industrial real estate property leads within your assigned market.
Use the company’s central database to connect with clients and track their interactions effectively.
Work closely with the company-provided analyst and assistant to enhance lead productivity and prioritize high-value opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them through the real estate transaction process.
Collaborate with the leadership team to stay informed about market trends, identify opportunities, and drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Active Florida Real Estate License or willingness to complete training to obtain one.
Proven experience in real estate, preferably in industrial or commercial properties (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly for fostering strong relationships with international investors.
