Job Description:
We are seeking experienced tutors for AP English Language & Composition, AP World History, and AP US History to provide 1-on-1 and small group online tutoring for students preparing for AP exams. Lessons will focus on exam strategies, content mastery, and writing skills to help students achieve top scores.
Subjects Needed:
- AP English Language & Composition
- Rhetorical Analysis & Persuasive Writing
- Argumentation & Synthesis Writing
- AP World History & AP US History
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in AP English Language & Composition, AP World History, or AP US History curriculum and exam preparation.
- Proven experience tutoring AP students, with a track record of success.
- Ability to teach online using interactive tools (Google Docs, digital whiteboards, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, History, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with international students, especially ESL learners, is a plus.
Scheduling & Availability:
- Classes will be scheduled on weekdays (evenings, China time) and weekends (mornings or evenings, China time).
- Flexible part-time hours based on student demand.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate, including lesson planning and grading.
- Rate varies based on class size (1-on-1, 2–3 students, or 4–6 students).
