Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with a proven ability to identify and collaborate with top influencers in the market; with a deep passion for the food & beverage industry and food culture, along with extensive experience in social media management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build impactful relationships with influencers while driving brand awareness and engagement through innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to identify and select the right influencers to align with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
- Manage and nurture relationships with influencers, ensuring long-term and impactful collaborations.
- Write compelling proposals and pitch creative concepts to clients.
- Assist with social media management, including content planning and engagement.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools to create engaging content.
- At least 2 years of experience working in marketing or influencer management roles, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven Experience in influencer marketing, with a solid understanding of how to build, manage, and optimize influencer relationships.
- Proven experience in content creation and Social Media Management, including the ability to plan, create, and execute campaigns.
- Strong Understanding of Social Media Platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and their influencer ecosystems.
- Basic Video Editing Skills using CapCut or other video editing tools (to create short, engaging content for campaigns).
- Strong experience in managing influencer relationships, ensuring effective collaboration, and long-term partnerships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and pitch ideas effectively to clients and influencers.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the food & beverage industry (or other relevant sectors), with a keen interest in current trends and lifestyle preferences.
- Needs to work aligned to US Eastern Time Business Hours, from Monday to Friday.
- Proficient level of English.
