Our client is seeking for an E-commerce Virtual Assistant; they offer a variety of wellness and health products, focusing on high-quality ingredients.
- Proven experience in E-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) companies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop; Discord knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for handling customer inquiries, emails, and messages professionally.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, etc.) for data entry and report generation.
- High accuracy in data entry, product listings, and inventory management.
- Proactive and self-motivated; capable of working independently and taking initiative on tasks and projects.
- Needs to work aligned to US Eastern Time Business Hours, from Monday to Friday.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
