Position Summary
The Product Demonstration Manager (PDM) provides operation demonstration of various equipment with customer or potential customer. The Specialist provide excellent communication with customers providing instruction on the operation of equipment. The PDM coordinates and/or provides transportation for the equipment to the demonstration site. Essential Job Functions include the following, but are not limited to:
1) Schedules, coordinates, and performs product demonstrations and present the technical details as needed
2) Demonstrates or explains products, methods, or services to persuade customers to purchase products or use services.
3) Provide in-depth knowledge about products to customers and answer any questions they may have
4) Maintains technical and product knowledge and knowledge of utility industry
5) Transports equipment and/or coordinate delivery of equipment to location as needed
6) Maintains CDL and safe driving record
