Become a remote Booking Agent for The NED Shows - an inside phone sales ambassador who works with elementary schools throughout North America, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. AcEs sell and schedule NED school assembly programs for our team of professional performers who visit 6,000 schools a year with our encouraging message.
Each Booking Agent is assigned exclusive geographic territories to schedule. Booking Agents work independently so they must be organized and self-motivated. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to self-manage are essential. Operating for 30 years, we provide full time employment with on-going training in a secure and growing company. Base wage is $17 - $19 per hour DOE. Bonus opportunities include spiffs, scheduling incentives and bonus tiers. Benefits include 8 paid holidays, PTO accrual, with 401K and health insurance options. Booking Agents work 40 hours Monday-Friday – exact shift depends on season and assignment. International calling hours may vary. Work from your home office with company-provided equipment. High speed internet is required. We are a tobacco, smoke and drug free workplace.

Qualifications
· Proven inside sales experience
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
· Experience working with CRMs
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
