We are seeking a dynamic freelancer digital marketing manager to join our marketing agency!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Management: Oversee the setup and execution of marketing projects from start to finish.
- Strategy Development: Work closely with the Fractional CMO to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels, including website, social media, and promotional materials.
- Website Optimization: Update the website with fresh content and optimize pages for better performance.
- Lead Generation: Improve lead capture methods and forms across all channels to maximize customer acquisition and conversion.
- Partnership Outreach: Develop and manage outreach strategies to build partnerships and collaborations.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging promotional materials, case studies, and brochures.
- Reporting & Analysis: Conduct regular reporting, A/B testing, and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems (such as HubSpot or alternatives) to manage leads and track client interactions.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide ad-hoc marketing support as needed, working in a dynamic and collaborative small team environment

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least five years of marketing experience in a similar role
