Job Description:
This Los Angeles Law Firm is seeking an experienced Remote Contract Attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business, corporate transactional, and contract law to assist with contract drafting and finalization. This is a fully remote, project-based, or hourly role, ideal for an independent contractor looking for flexible work.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and finalize business contracts and corporate agreements.
Provide legal insights on transactional matters.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the lead attorney using remote collaboration tools.
Work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality legal work.

Requirements:

Must be a licensed California attorney in good standing.
Minimum 3-5 years of legal experience in litigation, contracts, corporate law, or related fields.
Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Experience with remote collaboration tools.

Compensation:
