Yellow Card Properties is a fast-growing real estate acquisitions company based in Northeast Florida. We specialize in off-market real estate deals and are building a team of top performers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

We operate remotely, with team members in Florida, Mexico, and the Philippines. Our team meets twice a week via Google Meet, and our sales team meets daily for training. We collaborate through WhatsApp and process payroll biweekly via Wise.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Follow-Up Specialist, your role is to engage and nurture warm leads—no cold calling required. Your primary responsibility is to establish rapport, qualify motivated sellers, and transfer them to our Closers. We provide all leads through our high-performing marketing channels.

This is not a real estate agent or Realtor position—no license is required. If you’re charismatic, proactive, and thrive on building relationships, this could be the perfect role for you.

✅ No prior sales experience required—we train you in our proven system
✅ Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow
✅ Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
✅ Able to work 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Base Pay: $8/hour (40 hours per week)
💰 Commission: 3% per closed deal (Avg. deal=$22,500; Avg. commission per deal=$675)
🔥 Annual earnings: $40,000 - $60,000, with top performers earning $100,000+
🖥 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in Mexico
