WHO YOU ARE

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience and passion in implementing Content Marketing strategies, and will work closely with Account Managers / Strategists to ensure the deliverables and consistent with the overall goals of any project.

As Unveil’s Lead Copywriter, you will be well versed in copywriting skills across all digital mediums, including Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing, Paid Media Landing Pages, Blogs and Presentations. You will have a working knowledge of the elements necessary for a campaign to be successful outside of copy, and will work with Design, Strategy & Web teammates for the best results.

Our clients are constantly seeking guidance and advice, and it is our priority to ensure they receive high quality outcomes. Unveil has a strong foundation for growth and is looking for the right person to help us become an international phenomenon in our industry.

Your primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Lead Client Marketing campaigns, including identifying Key Selling Points and defining tone of voice.
Strategy Development: Content Strategy, Mapping and Audits across SEO, CRM, Paid Ads and Internal Communications.
Content Execution, including copy across all client mediums (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Landing Pages, Organic Social etc.) and Unveil marketing (Website, Presentations, Newsletters etc.)
Customer Journeys: Map and optimize customer journeys, ensuring messages align with customer needs at each stage, from awareness to purchase.
Driving campaign success by being proactive and identifying key opportunities to grow and scale.
Work alongside the team to optimize campaigns by constantly seeking data, optimization opportunities and success.

Requirements

Minimum three years in a digital agency.
Examples of work across Paid Ads, SEO, Landing Pages & Email Automation.
Understands the difference between "strategy" and "implementation", and can do both.
An interest in the aesthetics industry.
Versatility in copywriting skills across mediums and tone of voice.
Commitment to be the best at what you do.

Our Process

Case Study Questions. You will be sent a list of questions to answer that will mirror tasks you might face in the role.
Salary check. We'll calculate and share your salary range and total rewards package.
Capabilities Interview. This will be your opportunity to walk through your answers to the Competency Questions.
Role-alignment interview. This will be focused on ensuring that we are the right fit for you and vice versa.
Selection. At this stage, you will be made aware of the outcome of the process!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
