We are H.H. Galaxy (PH) Corporation, the best and largest e-commerce enabler in Taiwan. We specialize in assisting international brands with their e-commerce operations, collaborating with over 200 brands.

What You’ll Do

Online Customer Service:

1. Use the Chat system on platforms(Shopee/Lazada/Others) to respond to customer inquiries.

2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

3. Provide detailed product-related assistance and information.

Who You Are

· Problem Solver: Able to follow SOPs to independently resolve customer service issues.

· Resilient: Strong emotional intelligence, capable of handling unreasonable comments from customers with professionalism.

Work Hours:

· Weekdays:

o 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM

· Weekends:

o 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

o 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

o 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Candidates with fixed availability or flexibility across multiple time slots will be given priority.

Language:

Qualifications

Proficient in English and Tagalog, with strong communication skills.
Experience in customer support and client services, particularly in an e-commerce environment.
We are open to candidates without prior experience.
Excellent phone etiquette and data entry capabilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions and perform outbound calling.
Multilingual skills and sales experience are a plus.
