Responsibilities:

Work directly with our OBM and Executive Assistant to execute tasks that contribute to company’s big vision
Act as scribe during planning meetings and client group calls and then divy out related tasks after each meeting
Provide world class service via email and social channels to IAFHH clients and future clients

Regular Tasks Include:

Student Support and Management

Daily management of our support inbox (supporting in login issues, questions about working with IAFHH, and any other inquiries that come through)
Managing new client onboarding and gifts
Managing existing clients
Reviewing webinar comments and following up with emails as needed
Send student exam approvals and grad materials
Attend group calls and manage recordings

Promotional Management

Preferred Software Experience:

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Office Assistant, or another closely related field
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Please add the word “red” to the question about your strengths in your application.
Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects happening simultaneously
Exemplary technical skills and problem solving abilities

Other important details:

Part-time contractor position (with the possibility of turning into a full-time contractor position
Expected hours: 10-15 hours per week
$15-$17 per hour based on experience
Fully remote position
Travel required: no
Schedule: Flexible, self-monitored. Support inbox does need daily management Monday-Friday
